E-Waste Fact Sheets

SHOROC has produced a series of facts sheets on e-waste ( being TVs, computers, printers, scanners, modems, dvd players, CD players, vcrs and gaming machines and peripherals).
Topics include: electronic waste in Australia – a growing problem; electronic waste -health and environmental issues; approaches to e-waste management and regulation; international trends in dealing with e-waste; industry practices and the current policy context in Australia and NSW.
